The data structure in OC is essentially divided into three levels:
The structure is displayed in the collapsible menu on the left side of the workspace.
In groups, teams gather to work together on different projects. Groups can be divided into different teams, projects, customers or other relevant topics.
Each group consists of one or more boards. The different topics or projects of a team are organized in the boards.
Within the boards the related tasks are organized. In the tasks, subtasks can be listed, progress can be tracked, budgets and deadlines can be set, convergences can be tracked and documents can be saved.
The categories "Your Day" and "Your Week" also create structure. Here only the tasks for this day/week are listed. Tasks can be moved to another day if necessary.
