The use of OC is completely free for all users and all functions during the beta phase! We have a pricing model for the phase after that so there will be no unpleasant surprises. But don't worry - there will be a free basic rate for all beta testers.
WHERE ARE MY DATA STORED?
Your data in OC will only be stored on a server in germany. Our privacy policy offers more information.
CAN ALL MY EMPLOYEES USE OC?
Through the roles and rights system you can give your employees the access they need. Assign them to current projects and/or grant rights to open new projects, record time, write invoices, and much more. With the roles and rights system you can set up OC according to the needs of your company.
WHICH FUNCTIONS DOES OC HAVE?
OC is your new tool for hybrid task management. It combines functions from project management, time tracking and reporting. With OC you have everything you need in one tool.
OC can be completely individualized and adapted to your needs. You can design your OC workspace yourself with individual colors and pictures. Use the different views in groups and boards to work there as well as individually as possible. Arrange and time your day and week tasks as you need them. You see, there are many individual customization possibilities in OC.
HOW SAFE IS THE USE OF OC?
Your data is safe with us! OC is GDPR compliant. Nobody else has access to your data.
DO I HAVE TO INSTALL ANYTHING TO USE OC?
You don't need to install any software on your PC or laptop to use OC. OC can easily be opened via your browser. The mobile version is also available as an app. It can be downloaded for free from the Play Store and soon from the App Store.
IS THERE ANY HELP FOR THE USE OF OC?
We offer you a lot of help to familiarize yourself with all functions of OC. If this is your first time using OC, try out the guided tour with different topics. CAN I FOLLOW THE TIME RECORDING OF MY EMPLOYEES?
The report function helps you to filter data from OC that you need for example for a monthly overview. Here you can also view the time tracking of your employees and, if desired, list it seperately for each project.
CAN DIFFERENT CLIENT PROJECTS BE SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER?
The hierarchical structure in OC allows a strict separation of different customers or projects. For example, create a new group for each client, which is then divided into different client projects. In this way, the employees who are responsible for the tasks of a client are only assigned a role in the corresponding groups. This creates a clear separation between projects.
