You can be involved in a task in two different ways:
a) Todo: means you have to work and complete the task or subscribe someone who will work on it. You are responsible.
b) Info: You get information when some subscribed on the tasks works on it.
1. Open the desired task
2. Click on the person symbol (participant) in the upper third of the task
3. Place a check mark in the task column, next to the person in question
